I admire Terry's snapshot aesthetic, buy lets be honest, he is just some hot name that celebrities like to know. I like some of his work but the man is a total fucking shit. On top of that Richard Kern did what he is doing better a long time ago. To hell with him and the vast majority of his "subjects". They are a lot of hangers.

I agree.. I just like that he has Mary-Kate Olsen (of the Olsen Twins, Full House, etc.) and himself in the same photo. I wonder if he tried to get her to do some more photos of herself with less clothes on...or maybe he's smart enough to know she wouldn't go for that...or would she? So I take it that Mary-Kate Olsen is the wilder one of the two sisters.. was it her or Ashley that had a problem with bulimea(sp?) ? Oh well who gives a shit.

He should take some pictures of Amanda Bynes.

i'm not so sure. on one hand i think, yeah, what were they expecting? and that maybe those girls were going into something they were naive about, and that it's pretty weird that a guy who acts like that is such a prominent and powerful photographer for the likes of Vogue and that's where the conflict arises...

on the other hand i think that's really not on.

i reckon he's well into his useless self-parody phase either way.

yeah, i pretty much in the "no shit sherlock" category on this one. i mean, really. i mentioned this to my wife, who used to model and asked her photographers tried to pull shit like this when she was working and if it was a common thing. she looked at me like i asked her if water was wet.

still fucking waiting for the big site update that he's been promising for a long time now
i would pay a fee to see the resurrection of the 2004 archives, those were the days
but i don't think he legally can ever bring those back because from what i heard, there were many photos on the site that were not meant to be seen by the public, no release forms for some of the pieces,
even some of the models threaten law suits, that is why the 1st edition of Terryworld had to be recalled,
i know Olga Kurylenko was one of them that threw a cunt-fit
so basically the only way we will ever see 100% of the 2004 archives is if anyone saved them all,
so far i can't find anyone that did, i was only able to track down chunks of it here and there from various sources,
and oh my shit was that so time-consuming, the gold was buried so bloody deep in cyberspace, a good portion of it has no traces anywhere in google...real pain in the fucking ass, but boy i found some real fine nuggets
