I'm a huge fan of Harmony Korine and I felt this was a good place to do this because it's full of film lovers. I'm in an animation contest at my university and I really need your votes. This is obviously an extremely annoying thing to ask, but I wouldn't be doing it if I didn't think I deserved to win. I truly believe my film, though amateurish, stands out as the most personal and emotional in its expression. I am attempting to be a good soldier of cinema by creating images that mean everything to me. The only reason I care for this contest is because if I win, it will be--in my opinion--a triumph of personal expression over films that have nothing important to say.
